We are closed Saturdays & Sundays and on all major holidays. You may, however, place orders online 24 hours a day 7 days a week!!
For each visitor to Digital Scales Center, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information Digital Scales Center collects is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our site, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from Digital Scales Center in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Out of Stock Items & Back Orders
We make great attempts at conveying any "Out of Stock" item as being Out of Stock to our consumer, however, we sometimes miss an item or two (for example, during the Christmas season). If this occurs and you order one of these products, we will notify you immediately and give you some options. One option is to select a different product, another would be to cancel that item or the order and receive a prompt refund and the last option is to place the item on Back Order. Back Orders are the result of manufacturer delays due to material availability or peak production times such as the holiday season. The wait time on Back Orders fluctuates greatly. We will ALWAYS notify you of any known significant delays and/or problems with fulfilling your order.
We pride ourselves on fast shipping. Processing time starts immediately upon placement of an order. For these reasons, there is only a small window of time allowed for cancellations. If you would like to cancel and/or change your order after it has been placed, please notify us immediately. Order cancellations are handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee.
