Shipping within the 48 continental states is FREE for all digital scales! Unless otherwise notified, your product will be shipped via UPS Ground within two business days (holidays excluded). A tracking number for your product will be provided via email once the package has shipped. Do you need your scale sooner? Call us for details about Overnight and 2-Day Shipping options.
American Weigh and Fast Weigh orders are shipped via FedEx Ground (Guaranteed 3-9 business days). Includes insurance and a tracking number. Select residential or business.
No PO Boxes. We now ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada! These are considered special orders and require pre-authorization. Please contact us prior to placing you order so that we can incorporate shipping charges. Shipping is not free outside the Continental US at the current time. However, please check again at a later date as our services continue to expand.
Due to a huge demand, Digital Scales Center sells digital scales from multiple manufacturers. All digital scales are backed by their own manufacturer's warranty. The warranties available are listed on the individual product pages of our site, however, all warranty issues should be settled between the consumer and the respective manufacturer.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Escali scale within thirty days of purchase, please contact Digital Scales Center via their online contact form. Digital Scales Center will advise you on the necessary steps to return the scale to Escali in the original packaging (in sellable/new condition) for a 100% refund.
In addition to Escali's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Escali also guarantees most of its products against defects in material and workmanship in the product under normal use for a period of five (5) year's from date of purchase.
All Escali scales are fully tested before they are shipped. Although it isn't likely to happen, some scales might show a problem performing to their standards. Most problems can be avoided or even fixed by applying one or more tips:

Escali's Exclusive Limited Warranty is extended only to the original end-user of the accompanying Escali product. The limited warranty is valid only within the borders of the country where the product was originally purchased.
Escali's warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in most of the product under normal use for a period of five (5) year from the date of purchase. Escali will repair or replace, without charge for labor and parts, any defective product or component. Please contact Escali for warranty service via their online warranty form.
You are solely responsible for failure of the product which results from misapplication, alteration or abuse of the product, and Escali assumes no liability as to the consequence of such events under the terms of the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage to the product due to inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear or unauthorized modification. While Escali has made every reasonable effort to provide clear and accurate technical information about the application of the product, Escali assumes no liability for any events arising out of the use or inability to use this technical information.
Warranty Terms & Conditions for all other Digital Scales
Please contact Digital Scales Center via our online contact form for instruction. Please allow up to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for a response. Please include your purchase date and the digital scale’s SKU number and description in your correspondence to us.
General Return Policy for all Digital Scales (other than waranty issues)
For faster service, please contact us via email in lieu of regular mail. We hope that you will be happy with your digital scale purchase, but in the rare occurrence that a return must be made, for quality assurance we must systematically track it. For this reason, please do not mail any returned digital scales directly to us without prior contact. No refunds are allowed on non-defective merchandise. Non-defective merchandise can however be exchanged for a similar item. Returns on all non-defective merchandise are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Returned scales showing signs of use are subject to a 50% to 75% restocking fee. In order to expedite the return process, please contact us via email for instructions.
Returns are only allowed within 30 days of receipt (48 hours of receipt for American Weigh and Fast Weigh products). After this time period, please review warranty information.
Please remember that if your digital scale is showing signs of defectiveness caused by abuse or misuse, the product is not eligible for return.
